Article 2 (Operator) · ECSOFT (이씨소프트) · CEO: Euichan Hong · Address: 1202, Bldg 6209, 34 Centralpark-ro, Yeongtong-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea · Mail-order business registration: No. 2024-Suwon Yeongtong-1801 · Contact: hongeuichan@gmail.com · Website: www.transkeyboard.com Article 3 (Agreement and changes) 1. These Terms take effect when you agree to them on first opening Interkey. 2. We may change these Terms within the limits of applicable law. We will announce the changes and their effective date in the app's notices and on the website at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes unfavorable to you). 3. If you do not agree to the changes, you may stop using and delete the app. Continuing to use it after the effective date means you accept the changes. Article 4 (The service) 1. Interkey is a keyboard app for Android and iOS that provides: · Typing: Hangul layouts (Dubeolsik, Cheonjiin, Naratgul, Vega, Danmoum, Sebeolsik), English and Russian layouts, numbers, symbols and emoji · Translate and Copy translation: translate what you're typing or what you copied (uses translation points) · Pronunciation: standard Korean pronunciation and romanization, read aloud · Search: open a search engine from the keyboard and insert a result link or screenshot · Customization: skins, your own skins, sound, haptics and more 2. Some features, such as translation and purchase verification, need an internet connection; data charges are yours. 3. We may add or change features to improve the service, and will tell you in advance about changes that matter to you. Article 5 (Translation points) 1. Translation uses translation points. 1 point translates 1 character (including spaces and symbols); the number of characters you send is deducted. Up to 1,000 characters can be translated at a time. 2. New users receive the free welcome points shown in the app. To prevent abuse such as reinstalling repeatedly to claim them, the number of users who can receive them from the same network may be limited. 3. Paid points are bought in the app's Points screen through Google Play or the App Store. The points and price of each pack are shown on the purchase screen. 4. Points do not expire. If the service ends, Article 9 applies. 5. Points are linked to the random ID created by the app. If you delete the app or change devices, you may not be able to keep using your remaining points. Send us your receipt (order number) and we will move your remaining paid points to the new app after checking. 6. Points cannot be transferred to others or exchanged for cash. Article 6 (Cancellation and refunds) 1. You may cancel a purchase of paid points within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any of them. 2. If you have used any of the purchased points, cancellation may be restricted under Article 17(2) of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Free points such as welcome or event points are not refundable. 3. Payments and refunds follow the store you paid through: for Google Play, use Google Play's refund process or e-mail us; for the App Store, request a refund from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). Applicable consumer laws in your country also apply. 4. When a store refunds a purchase, the points granted for it are taken back. 5. If you cannot use purchased points because of our fault, we will restore the points or refund the payment. Article 7 (Translation and pronunciation results) Translations are machine translations (Google Translate), and pronunciations are generated automatically from standard pronunciation rules. They may be wrong or unnatural depending on context, so please check important content such as contracts, medical or legal documents yourself. Article 8 (Your obligations) You must not: · Modify or reverse-engineer the app, access or attack our servers without permission, or obtain points by abnormal means · Send automated requests that put excessive load on our servers · Translate or send content that violates the law or these Terms, or infringes others' rights · Impersonate us or our staff Article 9 (Changes to and suspension of the service) 1. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, network failures, natural disasters and similar unavoidable reasons, and will notify you in advance where possible. 2. If we end the service, we will announce it in the app and on the website 30 days in advance and refund remaining paid points as required by law. Article 10 (Restrictions) If you violate Article 8, we may restrict your use of translation and points or take back points obtained improperly. We will tell you why, and you may object by e-mail. Article 11 (Limitation of liability) 1. We are not liable for damage caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, carrier outages or problems with your device. 2. We are not liable for damage caused by your own fault (for example, letting someone else use your device). 3. However, we are liable as required by law for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence. Article 12 (Intellectual property) Rights to Interkey's software, design and trademarks belong to us. Article 13 (Privacy) We handle your personal information according to the Interkey Privacy Policy.
