[개인정보처리방침]

이 방침은 이씨소프트(ECSOFT, 이하 "운영자")가 제공하는 모바일 게임 CLEAVEWAVE(이하 "게임")에 적용됩니다.

1. 수집하는 항목
순위표 기능을 쓸 때 아래 정보가 운영자의 서버로 전송됩니다.

· 기기 식별자 — 이 설치를 가리키려고 앱이 만들어 기기에 저장하는 값입니다. 닉네임과 기록을 계속 이어 주기 위해 보관하며, 게임을 지웠다 다시 설치해도 남고 기기 백업으로 새 휴대전화에 옮겨질 수 있습니다. 광고 식별자가 아닙니다.
· 닉네임 — 이용자가 입력합니다. 영문 대문자와 숫자만 씁니다.
· 점수와 도달한 스테이지, 기록 시각
· 기기 정보 — 기기 모델명, 운영체제 종류와 버전, 앱 버전, 설치 경로(스토어 설치 여부)
· 언어·지역 설정

2. 수집·이용 목적
· 기기 식별자: 앱을 지우고 다시 설치해도 닉네임과 기록을 돌려주기 위해
· 닉네임·점수·스테이지: 순위표를 보여 주기 위해
· 기기 정보와 언어 설정: 화면 언어를 맞추고, 스토어의 최신 버전을 안내하며, 오류 원인을 파악하기 위해

3. 수집하지 않는 것
이름, 전화번호, 이메일 주소, 위치, 사진, 연락처, 광고 식별자를 수집하지 않습니다. 게임에는 광고가 없습니다.

4. 동의 시점
위 정보는 이 방침에 동의한 뒤에만 전송됩니다. 동의 전에는 서버와 통신하지 않습니다.

5. 보유와 삭제
순위표 기록은 서비스가 끝날 때까지 보관하며, 삭제를 요청하면 지체 없이 지웁니다. 앱을 지우면 기기에 저장된 값은 함께 사라지지만, 이미 서버에 올라간 기록은 남습니다.

6. 제3자 제공
제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

7. 이용자의 권리
아래 연락처로 요청하면 본인의 기록을 열람하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.

8. 안전조치
서버와의 통신은 암호화(HTTPS)합니다.

9. 방침의 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 게임을 실행할 때 다시 동의를 받습니다.

CLEAVEWAVE Privacy Policy (English)

[Privacy Policy]

This policy applies to CLEAVEWAVE (the "Game"), a mobile game provided by ECSOFT (the "Operator").

1. What is collected
When you use the leaderboard, the following is sent to the Operator server.

· Device identifier - a value that marks this installation, created by the app and stored on your device. It is kept so your nickname and records stay with you: it survives removing and reinstalling the Game, and a device backup may carry it to a new phone. It is not an advertising identifier.
· Nickname - entered by you. Uppercase letters and digits only.
· Score, stage reached, and the time of the record
· Device information - model name, operating system and version, app version, and install source (whether it came from the store)
· Language and region setting

2. Why it is collected
· Device identifier: to restore your nickname and records if you reinstall the app
· Nickname, score, stage: to display the leaderboard
· Device information and language: to match the interface language, to tell you the latest version on the store, and to diagnose faults

3. What is not collected
We do not collect your name, phone number, email address, location, photos, contacts, or advertising identifiers. The Game contains no advertising.

4. When it is sent
None of the above is sent until you agree to this policy. Before that, the app does not contact the server.

5. Retention and deletion
Leaderboard records are kept until the service ends, and are deleted without delay on request. Uninstalling the app removes what is stored on your device, but records already on the server remain.

6. Sharing with third parties
We do not share your data with third parties.

7. Your rights
Contact us at the address below to view or delete your records.

8. Security
Communication with the server is encrypted (HTTPS).

9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, you will be asked to agree again when you next start the Game.
