[이용약관]

제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 이씨소프트(ECSOFT, 이하 "운영자")가 제공하는 모바일 게임 CLEAVEWAVE(이하 "게임")의 이용 조건과 절차를 정합니다.

제2조 (서비스의 내용)
게임은 이용자의 기기에서 실행됩니다. 순위표 기능을 위해 운영자의 서버와 통신하며, 그때 주고받는 정보는 개인정보처리방침에 적힌 것이 전부입니다.

제3조 (이용자의 의무)
이용자는 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 서비스 운영을 방해해서는 안 됩니다. 닉네임에는 타인을 비방하거나 불쾌감을 주는 표현을 쓸 수 없습니다.

제4조 (기록의 삭제)
부정한 방법으로 등록된 기록과 제3조를 위반한 닉네임은 사전 통지 없이 삭제될 수 있습니다.

제5조 (서비스의 변경과 중단)
운영자는 게임의 내용을 변경하거나 서비스를 중단할 수 있습니다. 중단 시에는 게임 안이나 스토어 페이지에 미리 알립니다. 다만 천재지변, 통신 장애 등 부득이한 사유가 있으면 사후에 알릴 수 있습니다.

제6조 (책임의 한계)
운영자는 천재지변, 통신 장애 등 운영자가 통제할 수 없는 사유로 발생한 서비스 중단에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 게임은 무료로 제공되며 게임 내 결제가 없습니다.

제7조 (약관의 변경)
이 약관이 바뀌면 게임을 실행할 때 다시 동의를 받습니다.

제8조 (준거법)
이 약관은 대한민국 법에 따릅니다.

이 게임의 일부 효과음과 음악은 Pixabay 에서 받아 Pixabay Content License 로 사용합니다. 이 라이선스는 표기를 요구하지 않지만, 쓴 이의 이름은 적어 두는 편이 맞다고 보아 남깁니다.

CLEAVEWAVE Terms of Service (English)

[Terms of Service]

1. Purpose
These terms set out the conditions for using CLEAVEWAVE (the "Game"), provided by ECSOFT (the "Operator").

2. The Service
The Game runs on your device. It communicates with the Operator server for the leaderboard feature; the information exchanged is limited to what the Privacy Policy lists.

3. Your Obligations
You must not infringe the rights of others or interfere with the operation of the service. Nicknames must not contain expressions that defame or offend others.

4. Removal of Records
Records submitted by improper means, and nicknames that breach section 3, may be deleted without prior notice.

5. Changes and Discontinuation
The Operator may change the Game or discontinue the service, with notice given in the Game or on the store page beforehand. Where that is not possible for reasons beyond the Operator control, notice may be given afterwards.

6. Limitation of Liability
The Operator is not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters or network failures. The Game is free and contains no in-app purchases.

7. Changes to These Terms
If these terms change, you will be asked to agree again when you next start the Game.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
