These Terms set out the conditions for using the mobile game BORI Adventure (the "Service") provided by ECSOFT (the "Operator"), and the rights and obligations of the Operator and users.
You agree to these Terms by tapping agree on the in-app agreement screen. The Operator may change these Terms when necessary; changes that are important or unfavorable to you will be agreed to again in the app.
The Service provides an action game, a nickname-based global ranking, settings, and—only when you choose—the option to watch rewarded ads to receive in-game items (boosters). Online features such as the ranking may be temporarily unavailable due to network conditions or server maintenance; the game can still be played offline.
Boosters received from rewarded ads are stored only on your device, have no cash value, and are not restored if you delete the app or change devices. Daily limits and holding limits follow those shown in the app. Obtaining rewards by improper means, such as automation tools, is prohibited.
You must not reverse-engineer or modify the Service, place excessive load on the servers, or interfere with other users.
The Operator protects your information according to the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided free of charge and "as is". Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the Operator is not liable for loss of records or temporary outages that occur while using the Service.
