Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-10-26 · Version 2 · 한국어

1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions for using the mobile game TankRunBattle: Iron Convoy (the "Service") provided by ECSOFT ("we"), and the rights and duties of us and you.

2. Agreement and changes

By installing or using the Service you agree to these terms. We may change them when needed and will announce changes that are important or unfavorable to you in the app or on this page before they take effect.

3. The Service

The Service provides a tank action game (missions and endless run), a nickname-based global leaderboard (Hall of Fame), co-op for up to 4 players, a garage (tanks and upgrades), supplies, notices and update alerts, and settings. Online features such as the leaderboard and co-op may be briefly unavailable because of network conditions or server maintenance; the game itself can still be played offline.

4. Nicknames and leaderboard

• Nicknames and scores are shown publicly on the leaderboard.
• Nicknames containing profanity, hate speech, impersonation, personal information or advertising are not allowed. We may edit or remove such nicknames and records without notice.
• Records obtained by abnormal means (modified apps, automation tools, forged server requests, etc.) may be removed.

4-2. In-game items and ads

• Coins, supply crates, tanks and upgrades are in-game items only. They cannot be bought or exchanged for money and are stored on your device; deleting the app removes them.
• Rewarded ads play only when you choose to watch. Watching to the end grants the stated reward. If no ad is available or it fails to load, no reward may be given.
• In co-op, you must not use nicknames or behavior that harass or offend other players.

5. Your obligations

You must not reverse-engineer or modify the Service, put excessive load on our servers, or interfere with other players.

6. Privacy

We protect your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided free of charge and "as is". Unless caused by our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for lost records or temporary outages.

8. Contact and reports

Report inappropriate nicknames or contact us at hongeuichan@gmail.com.

Effective date
