This policy explains how the mobile game Tiny Track Rally (the "Service"), operated by ECSOFT, handles your information.
| Type | Items | When |
|---|---|---|
| Device identifier | A per-device value (Android: derived from the app-specific ANDROID_ID; iOS: a value generated by the app and kept in the keychain) | After agreeing, when the app talks to the server |
| Device info | Model, platform, OS version, app version, install source (store or not), language | When the app talks to the server |
| Your input | Nickname (2–12 characters) | When you create or change it |
| Game records | Stage, place, time, stars and the date of the record (stage progress and items stay on your device) | When a race ends |
| Online races (up to 10) | Nickname, car and color, room info, race data (car position, speed, place), IP address | While you host or join a race (relayed to players in the same room) |
| Ads (processed by Google AdMob) | Advertising ID (Android ad ID / iOS IDFA if allowed), IP address, device and app info, ad impressions | When an ad is loaded or shown in "Get items" |
| Crash reports | Error details (stack trace), app version, device maker and model, OS version, memory, time — no device identifier or nickname | After agreeing, when the app crashes |
Nicknames and records are public in rankings, and visible to players in the same online room. Do not put real names or contact details in your nickname.
Device identifiers, nicknames and records are kept while the Service runs and deleted when it ends or when you ask. Crash reports are kept up to 1 year. Online race data is only relayed, not stored; connection logs (IP, time) may remain in server logs for troubleshooting.
Ranking, relay and crash-report servers are run by ECSOFT in Seoul, Korea; this data is not outsourced or transferred abroad. For rewarded ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK sends the ad data in section 1 to Google LLC (USA) when ads are loaded or shown. If you don't watch ads, nothing is sent and the game is not limited. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Personalized ads can be turned off in your device settings; in regions that require consent the app asks first, and you can change it in Settings › Ad privacy.
You may ask to view, correct or delete your nickname and records at any time. You can change your nickname in Settings; for deletion, contact us (include the version and nickname shown in Settings). See Data deletion request.
The Service does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.
