This policy explains how the mobile game Tower Chase (the "Service"), operated by ECSOFT, handles your information.
| Type | Items | When |
|---|---|---|
| Device identifier | A per-device value (Android: derived from the app-scoped ANDROID_ID; iOS: generated by the app and kept in the Keychain) | On launch and server requests, after consent |
| Device info | Model, platform, OS version, app version, install source, language | On server requests |
| Your input | Nickname (2–10 characters) | When you create or change it |
| Game records | Endless Tower score, floors escaped, date (campaign records stay on the device) | When an Endless Tower run ends |
| Ads (processed by Google AdMob) | Advertising ID (Android advertising ID / iOS IDFA, if you allow it), IP address, device and app information, ad impressions and views | When an ad is loaded or watched on the "Get items" screen |
| Crash reports | Error details (stack trace), app version, device maker/model, OS version, memory size, time — no device identifier or nickname | After consent, when the app crashes |
Nicknames and records are public on the leaderboard. Do not put personal information in your nickname.
Device identifiers, nicknames and records are kept while the Service runs and deleted without delay when the Service ends or you ask. The device identifier may remain on the device after uninstalling (to restore your records) and changes on factory reset. Crash reports are kept up to one year.
The leaderboard and crash-report servers are run by ECSOFT in Seoul, Korea; this information is not outsourced or transferred abroad.
For rewarded ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK included in the app sends the ad information in section 1 to Google LLC (United States). When: when an ad is loaded or watched · How: network transmission · Retention: according to Google's policies · How to refuse: nothing is sent if you do not watch ads, and the game can be played without restriction. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
You can turn off personalized ads in your device settings (Android: Settings › Google › Ads › Delete advertising ID / iOS: Settings › Privacy › Tracking). In regions that require consent, such as Europe, the app asks for consent first and you can change it under "Ad privacy settings".
You may ask to access, correct or delete your nickname and records at any time. You can change your nickname in Settings; for deletion see Data deletion.
The Service does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.
