계정 삭제 시 아래 모든 데이터가 복구 불가능하게 영구 삭제됩니다. When you delete your account, all of the data below is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

보존되는 데이터 (법령 의무)
전자상거래법에 따라 포인트 사용(용돈 요청) 거래 기록은 5년간 보관 후 파기됩니다. 해당 기간 동안 이 데이터는 법령 이행 목적 외에는 사용되지 않습니다. Data retained (legal obligation)
Under Korean e-commerce law, records of point use (allowance requests) are kept for 5 years and then destroyed. During that period this data is used only to meet legal obligations.

앱에서 직접 탈퇴하기Delete your account in the app

앱 내 탈퇴 기능을 이용하면 비밀번호 확인 후 즉시 계정과 모든 데이터가 삭제됩니다. Using the in-app option, your account and all data are deleted immediately after you confirm your password.

오프잇 앱 실행 후 하단 설정(⚙️) 탭 선택Open Off It and tap the Settings (⚙️) tab at the bottom

계정 섹션 → 탈퇴하기 선택In the Account section, tap Delete Account

비밀번호 입력 후 확인 → 즉시 삭제 완료Enter your password and confirm — deletion is completed immediately

⚠️ 부모님과 연결된 상태이거나 연결된 자녀가 있는 경우, 먼저 연결을 해제한 후 탈퇴할 수 있습니다. ⚠️ If you are connected to a parent or have connected children, disconnect them first before deleting your account.

요청 시 가입 시 사용한 닉네임과 기기 정보(기종 및 OS 버전)를 함께 보내주시면 더 빠르게 처리됩니다. Please include the nickname you signed up with and your device info (model and OS version) so we can process it faster.
