These terms set out the conditions for using the mobile game Tiny Track Rally (the "Service") provided by ECSOFT (the "Operator").
You agree to these terms on the in-app agreement screen. The Operator may change these terms; for unfavorable or important changes we will ask for your consent again in the app.
The Service offers a top-down mini rally racing game (stages, quick race), online races with up to 10 players (empty seats are driven by the computer), nickname-based global rankings, settings, and optional rewarded ads that give in-game items. Online features may be temporarily unavailable; the game still works offline. There are no paid purchases.
Items earned by watching ads are stored only on your device, have no cash value and are not restored after deleting the app or changing devices. Each item can be earned up to the daily limit shown in the app (currently 3). Using automation or other unfair means to earn rewards is prohibited.
Your nickname and game records (stages, places, times) are shown publicly in rankings and online races. Nicknames containing profanity, hate speech, impersonation, personal information or advertising are not allowed and may be changed or removed without notice, together with their records. Records obtained by abnormal means (modified apps, automation, forged requests) may be deleted.
Do not reverse-engineer or modify the Service, overload the servers or disturb other players. In online races, do not deliberately ruin races (e.g. repeatedly leaving) or use offensive nicknames or behavior; hosts may remove players from their room. Online races may lag or disconnect depending on the network.
We protect your information according to our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided free of charge "as is". Except for intent or gross negligence, the Operator is not liable for lost records or temporary outages.
