These terms set out the conditions for using the mobile game Tower Chase (the "Service") provided by ECSOFT (the "Operator").
You accept these terms by agreeing on the in-app agreement screen. The Operator may change these terms; material or unfavourable changes will be presented in the app for renewed consent.
The Service offers a chase-and-escape action game (campaign and Endless Tower), a nickname-based global leaderboard, settings, and, when you choose, watching rewarded ads to receive in-game items. Online features may be temporarily unavailable due to network conditions or maintenance; the campaign remains playable offline. The Service contains no in-app purchases.
Items received as ad rewards are stored only on your device, have no cash value, and are not restored if you delete the app or change devices. Daily limits and storage caps follow what the app shows. Obtaining rewards by fraudulent means such as automation tools is prohibited.
Do not reverse-engineer or modify the Service, overload the servers, or interfere with other players.
Your information is protected under the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided free of charge and "as is". Except for intent or gross negligence, the Operator is not liable for lost records or temporary outages.
