본 방침은 모바일 게임 BubbleDuo(이하 “서비스”)이 이용자의 정보를 어떻게 다루는지 설명합니다. 서비스는 개인 개발자가 운영합니다.
서비스는 아래 정보를 이용자가 별도로 입력하지 않아도 자동으로 수집하거나, 이용자가 직접 입력한 값을 저장합니다.

닉네임은 이용자가 스스로 정하는 값입니다. 실명이나 연락처 등 본인을 알아볼 수 있는 정보를 닉네임에 넣지 않기를 권합니다. 닉네임은 전체 랭킹에 공개됩니다.
이메일 주소, 전화번호, 실명, 주소, 생년월일, 위치정보, 주소록, 사진·동영상, 마이크·카메라 입력, 광고 식별자, 결제 카드 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 결제 카드 정보는 서비스가 아니라 Google Play 또는 Apple App Store가 처리하며, 개발자는 접근할 수 없습니다.

보유 기간이 지났거나 목적이 달성된 정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자적 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제합니다.
서비스는 수집한 정보를 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다. 다만 아래 목적에 한해 필요한 최소한의 정보가 전달됩니다.

결제 처리 과정에서 Google 및 Apple이 수집하는 정보는 각 사의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
인앱 결제 검증 과정에서 영수증 정보가 Google 및 Apple의 국외 서버로 전송될 수 있습니다. 서비스의 게임 서버 소재지는 대한민국입니다.
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 정보에 대해 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 이메일로 요청해 주시면 지체 없이 처리하고 결과를 알려드립니다.
서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동임을 알고 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 즉시 삭제합니다. 보호자께서 확인이 필요하시면 아래 연락처로 알려주시기 바랍니다.
본 방침이 변경되는 경우 이 페이지에 변경 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다. 이용자에게 불리한 중요한 변경은 시행일 최소 7일 전에 알립니다.

This policy explains how the mobile game BubbleDuo (the “Service”) handles your information. The Service is operated by an individual developer.

Your nickname is chosen by you and is shown publicly on the leaderboard. Please do not use your real name or contact details as a nickname.
Email address, phone number, real name, address, date of birth, location, contacts, photos or video, microphone or camera input, advertising identifiers, and payment card details. Payment details are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store, not by the developer, who has no access to them.

We do not sell your information. The minimum necessary information is shared only for these purposes:

Information collected by Google and Apple during payment is governed by their own privacy policies.
Receipt data may be transmitted to Google's and Apple's servers outside your country during purchase validation. The Service's game servers are located in South Korea.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing at any time by email. We will act without undue delay and tell you the result.
The Service is not directed to children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we learn that we have, we delete it immediately. Guardians may contact us at the address below.
Changes are posted on this page with an effective date. Material changes that disadvantage users are announced at least 7 days in advance.
