개인정보 처리방침

ECSOFT(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 SideMonitor(이하 "앱")는 이용자의 개인정보를 수집·저장·전송하지 않습니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
앱은 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다. 회원가입, 로그인, 광고, 분석(애널리틱스), 오류 보고 도구를 사용하지 않습니다.
2. 기기 안에서만 처리되는 정보
앱은 그래프를 그리기 위해 macOS 가 제공하는 CPU·GPU·메모리·네트워크·디스크 사용량, 디스크 용량, 메모리 압력, 열 상태, 배터리 상태(잔량·충전 여부·사이클 수), 그리고 CPU·메모리를 많이 쓰는 앱의 이름과 사용량을 읽습니다. 이 수치는 화면 표시에만 쓰이고 기기 밖으로 나가지 않으며, 최근 몇 분치만 메모리에 잠시 보관했다가 앱을 끄면 사라집니다. 네트워크 사용량은 전송된 데이터의 양만 읽고, 내용이나 접속 주소는 읽지 않습니다.
패널 위치·너비 같은 설정은 macOS 의 기본 설정 저장소(UserDefaults)에 이 기기에만 저장됩니다.
디스크 용량 추이를 보여주기 위해 볼륨별 사용량(바이트 수)을 2분마다 기록해 최근 26시간치만 이 기기의 앱 데이터 폴더에 보관합니다. 파일 이름이나 내용은 기록하지 않습니다.
"서비스 포트" 기능은 이 맥에서 접속을 기다리는 포트 번호와 그 포트를 연 프로그램 이름을 macOS 에서 읽어 화면에 보여줄 뿐, 저장하거나 전송하지 않습니다. "로컬 AI" 기능은 Ollama·LM Studio 가 실행 중일 때 이 맥 자신(127.0.0.1)에게만 불러온 모델 목록을 묻습니다.
"AI 코딩 도구" 기능은 이 맥에 남은 AI 코딩 도구(Claude Code, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, Qwen Code, OpenCode, Cline·Roo Code·Kilo Code)의 기록 파일(App Store 판은 사용자가 직접 허용한 폴더만)에서 요청 시각과 토큰 수만 읽어 화면에 보여줍니다. 대화 내용은 저장하거나 전송하지 않으며, 계정 로그인 정보를 다루지 않습니다.
"이벤트 기록" 기능은 CPU·GPU 과부하, 메모리 부족, 새로 열린 서비스 포트가 생긴 시각과 그때 자원을 많이 쓴 앱 이름·사용량, 로컬 AI 모델 이름을 이 맥(~/Library/Application Support/SideMonitor/events.json)에만 최근 30일 동안 저장합니다. 이 기록은 어디에도 전송되지 않으며, 앱의 "기록 지우기"로 언제든 삭제할 수 있습니다.
3. 제3자 제공 및 네트워크 통신
앱은 인터넷에 연결하지 않으며(이 맥 자신에게 보내는 요청만 있음), 어떤 정보도 회사나 제3자에게 보내지 않습니다.
4. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 연령과 관계없이 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
5. 방침의 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 변경 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다.

Privacy Policy

SideMonitor (the "App"), provided by ECSOFT ("we"), does not collect, store or transmit any personal information.
1. Information we collect
None. The App has no accounts, sign-in, advertising, analytics or crash-reporting tools.
2. Information processed only on your Mac
To draw its graphs, the App reads CPU, GPU, memory, network and disk usage, disk capacity, memory pressure, thermal state, battery status (charge, charging state, cycle count), and the names and usage of the apps using the most CPU and memory, as provided by macOS. These figures are used only for display, never leave your device, and are kept in memory for a few minutes at most; they are discarded when the App quits. For network usage the App reads only the amount of data transferred — never its contents or destinations.
Settings such as panel position and width are stored locally on your Mac in the macOS preferences system (UserDefaults).
To show disk-space trends, the App records each volume's used capacity (a byte count) every 2 minutes and keeps only the last 26 hours in its local app data folder. It never records file names or contents.
The "Service ports" feature reads, from macOS, which ports on this Mac are listening and the names of the programs that opened them, and only displays them; nothing is stored or sent. The "Local AI" feature asks only servers on this Mac itself (127.0.0.1) which models are loaded, when Ollama or LM Studio is running.
The "AI Coding Tools" feature reads only request times and token counts from the log files of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, Qwen Code, OpenCode, Cline, Roo Code, Kilo Code) on this Mac (in the App Store version, only from folders you explicitly allow) and displays them. Conversation contents are never stored or sent, and no account credentials are handled.
The "Event History" feature stores, only on this Mac (~/Library/Application Support/SideMonitor/events.json) and for the last 30 days, when CPU/GPU overload, memory exhaustion or a newly opened service port occurred, along with the names and usage of the busiest apps and the names of loaded local AI models. This history is never sent anywhere and can be deleted at any time with "Clear History" in the app.
3. Sharing and network access
The App does not connect to the internet (it only makes requests to the Mac itself) and does not send any information to us or to third parties.
4. Children's privacy
The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
5. Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the updated policy and its effective date on this page.
